Twopercentgoal.com is pleased to announce its results for the last 12 months ending September 30, 2025.  During the 12-month period a total of 424 recommendations were made for a net gain of 579.87% which is an average of 1.37% for each pick.  While that net gain is incredible, we freely admit that it is only a theoretical number.  This result could only be achieved if 100% of your portfolio was placed on each pick and the picks were made sequentially.  In reality, many of the selections are happening concurrently.  You also need to diversify for risk management and to take advantage of as many of the recommendations as possible.  If you diversified by not putting more than 5% on each pick, your annual gain would have been 28.99%.  If you were to buy each of those picks on margin using a 3:1 factor, an annual return of 87% could have been possible.  Our goal is to generate a 2% return each week to obtain a 100% return for the year.

Of the 424 picks, 176 went long and gained 2% or more for a total gain of 582.18% for an average of 3.31% per pick.  Of the recommendations to go short, 97 picks gained 2% or more for a total gain of 343.58% or 3.78% per pick.  The total gross gain was 925.76% or 3.47% per pick.

Of the picks that failed to meet our goal, there were 83 recommendations to go long that either lost money or gained less than 2% for a total loss of 171.42% or 2.07% per pick.  Going short, there were 74 picks that either gained less than 2% or lost money for a total loss of 174.47% or 2.36% per pick.

There were 53 picks both on the long and short side that gained more than 5%. Applied Materials Inc (AMAT) was the biggest winner gaining 21.42%.  Meanwhile there were 65 picks that had their stop losses triggered for a 3% loss.  Electronic Arts (EA) was the biggest loser at 17.47% with a massive anomaly before the opening bell creating that loss.

When you compare the 2% gainers to the 3% losers, there was a final tally of 259 to 65 which is almost a 4:1 ratio.

Twopercentgoal.com employs a swing trading mentality as opposed to that of a day trader.  A day trader buys and sells intra-day while a swing trader has a slightly longer time horizon, usually from three days to three weeks.  On average, twopercentgoal.com holds a security for about one week.  It uses a number of technical analysis tools to meet its goal.  It combines relative strength index (RSI), 50 and 200-day moving averages, the moving average convergence divergence (MACD), the on-balance volume and the stochastic oscillator.  All these tools must be telling the same story before a recommendation is made.

To see how the tools are used, watch this YouTube video.  https://youtu.be/h_bEBhW8MbM
